Today we did chapter 10.
Things to remember:
(1) Noun with number:
One: noun masculine / number masculine; noun feminine / number feminine
Two: noun masculine / number masculine; noun feminine / number feminine
Three-Ten: noun masculine / number feminine; noun feminine / number masculine (looses ta marbuta)
(2) Plural endings for nouns:
Two: Singular (f. or m.) + Alif + Nun (for feminine with ta marbuta - ta unties)
Three-Ten: Singular (m.) + Ya + Nun; Singular (f.) + Alif + Tha (ta marbuta goes)
(3) Asking how many?
Plural of Noun is not used; use Singular and add Alif. You do not add the Alif if the word ends with ta marbuta or ya (without two dots) or hamza or hamza Alif
